Living and Learning in Costa Rica
In 2015, my family moved to Costa Rica to live on the beach and take a gap year after my dad sold his business. We settled in Playa Flamingo, where my siblings and I attended an American-accredited school called CRIA. It was there that my passion for sustainability really began, as I grew more connected to the environment around me. I also learned to scuba dive, which not only fueled my love for the ocean but also sparked my interest in the Spanish language and traveling—two things that have since become a huge part of my life.
